Returns

Eligibility:

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items marked or advertised for special sale
  • Downloadable software products

Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted; (if applicable) books with obvious signs of use, CD or DVD that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Items received as Gifts

If the item was received as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for your own payment of shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs payed to us are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
